I wish to send this email as a Congratulations on the Functions Staff you employ especially Kiah.
I am sure that you always get complimentary feedback in regards to Kiah but now you will get yet another one.
I was an Event Manager (in the day – as my kids say) and I must say Kiah is one of the kindest, efficient, most helpful organisers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. In the first stage of sourcing a venue for my son’s 21st , I had 5 in total to view – Kiah responded to my email immediately so I say no reason to look elsewhere.
From that point forward everything was a breeze. Kiah was so so helpful, kind, friendly and it felt like I was organising an event with a friend who would do anything for me…….. she is an absolute delight and a credit to your organisation.
I will certainly recommend the Miranda Hotel to all I know and we will most definitely will use your facilities again for any parties/functions we will have in the future.
