Miranda Hotel Members is the title given to the Miranda Hotel membership program.

  • The Miranda Hotel membership program is open to all customers who have downloaded the Miranda Hotel mobile application and activated their membership.

  • Miranda Hotel members are opted in to receive member communications.

  • Members may choose to opt out of member communications by contacting Miranda Hotel management.

  • Miranda Hotel reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw any membership offer at any time.

  • Miranda Hotel member offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.

  • Miranda Hotel member offers, discounts and benefits are for members only and cannot be transferred, loaned or gifted to another person.

  • It is the responsibility of the member to provide their membership number or QR code for scanning at the time of purchase in order to access applicable member benefits.

  • It is the responsibility of the member to ensure their contact details are correct and up to date in order to receive notifications regarding offers, promotions and benefits available through the Miranda Hotel membership program.

  • Miranda Hotel reserves the right to adjust the rates, methods and manner in which membership benefits are earned or redeemed without notice.

  • Miranda Hotel reserves the right to allocate additional membership benefits at the discretion of management.

  • It is the responsibility of the member to inform Miranda Hotel of any changes to their personal details. Where Miranda Hotel has not been informed of such changes, promotional offers or benefits will not be reissued.

  • Miranda Hotel management reserves the right to determine any matter or settle any dispute arising directly or indirectly out of, or in connection with, the Miranda Hotel membership program. Management's decision on any such matter or dispute will be final and binding.

  • Miranda Hotel reserves the right to adjust, suspend or remove a member's membership benefits and/or tier level based on inactivity, misuse of the membership program or conduct issues at the venue, at management's discretion.

  • By activating or using their Miranda Hotel membership, members agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
