FAQs

  • Nope. Membership is free, and it’ll stay that way.

  • Download the Miranda Hotel app from the App Store or Google Play, sign up, and you’re a member. No forms at the bar and no plastic cards.

  • Yep, but don’t stress, it’s quicker than ordering a round. We’ve upgraded to a brand new app, so everyone’s signing up fresh, even the regulars who’ve had a stool with their name on it since the 90s. Download the app and you’re sorted.

  • Open the app and show your digital member card when you order, before you pay. Member prices can’t be added once the sale’s gone through.

  • At the bar and at Bistro by Bolton. Member pricing doesn’t apply in the bottle shop, at functions, for Rocco’s bookings or on gig tickets through Oztix.

  • Vouchers land in your app. Show the voucher to staff when you order, and keep an eye on the expiry date, because they don’t last forever.

  • Vouchers can’t be combined with other offers or discounts unless the voucher says otherwise.

  • Sorry, no card, no member price. Charge up and we’ll see you next time.

  • Memberships are one per person and can’t be shared. Your mate can join for free in about 30 seconds, though.

  • Yes. Members need to be 18 or over.

  • Turn on notifications in the app. That’s where member comps, presales and event announcements land first.

  • Chat to the team at the bar and they’ll sort it for you.

  • We use it to run your membership and send you member offers, and we never sell it. You can read the full details in our Members Privacy Policy.

  • Ask anyone at the bar. We’re friendly, promise.
